By now, you’ve gotten your beans, greens, potatoes, tomatoes and more, but now Pastor Shirley Caesar is ready to collect them #UNameItChallenge checks!

During the Thanksgiving holiday, the #UNameItChallenge dominated social media. To call it viral is practically an understatement. Even Snoop Dogg got in on the fun and posted his version of Shirley’s “Hold My Mule” sermon … which she loved. “I thank Snoop Dogg for doing such a marvelous job. Even the church accepted it,” the gospel music artist said during an interview on the OWN Network TV series Where Are They Now on Saturday. “So thank you Snoop.”

But it’s not that video that has caused Pastor Shirley to say hold on, cut. my. check; it’s another one posted by DJ Suede. Caesar and her legal team are suing, not Snoop Dogg, but a DJ who has posted his version of the video, along with several others, on his Facebook page. According to CBS46, Caesar’s lead attorney, James Walker, believes the video is worth $5 million and he’s saying a judge agrees with Caesar’s claim that at least one of DJ Suede’s videos needs to be taken down. “Walker said the judge decided the video and its several images of alcohol “violate the brand, image and name of a Christian pastor,” referring to Caesar.

As of Thursday night, Suede had not removed the video.

Do you think Pastor Shirley’s “Hold My Mule” is worth 5 milli?
