Rob was sent home on Thursday afternoon after being treated by doctors for what’s being reported as a non life-threatening scare. The reality star was admitted to West Hills Medical Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday after suffering complications from diabetes.
A source told Entertainment Tonight that Rob’s personal woes ultimately led to the hospitalization. “He was diagnosed with diabetes and has been very good at monitoring it, but has fallen off track recently,” the source said. “It was everything from the new baby’s arrival, filming the show, craziness with the holidays and then some drama with Chyna that all boiled up and sidetracked his health.”
The insider added, “He is OK, they are just monitoring him right now.”
After being released from the medial center, the youngest Kardashian sibling shared a photo on Instagram of what appears to be his new weight loss plan for 2017. According to the post, Rob plans on changing his habits starting on Monday.
The 28 day challenge includes a full meal plan, exercise plan, creating a weekly grocery list full of gluten free and vegetarian options and apparently, there is no equipment needed.
This is not the first time Kardashian has vowed to change his lifestyle. Exactly one year ago, December 2015, the reality star was diagnosed with diabetes and that’s when sources say the the 29-year-old committed to getting healthy.
We can’t fail to mention that even just two months ago, before welcoming his baby girl with on-again off-again girlfriend, Blac Chyna, that he wanted to lose a few lbs.
Oh yeah we snapping back lol,,, baby will be here in 4 weeks and I’m done with carrying this pregnancy weight,” he wrote on Instagram with a photo of him when slimmer. “Me and my baby gonna be righttttttt ,,, MOTIVATION TIME! we almost there Chy.”
We wish Kris Jenner’s son a speedy recovery.
